Kathmandu valley has a lot to offer its visitors. The architectural history of the valley is said to have begun with the Lichhavi and the Malla kings. Today, the ancient monuments and temples are the center of attraction for visitors, particularly the seven World Heritage Sites, designated by the (UNESCO) United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.
Not only the ancient temples and monuments that make the valley interesting but also the diverse cultural groups that make their home here. It is the base camp for all visitors to Nepal and a perfect place to explore history and culture of this Himalayan Kingdom. A 1.5 hr drive from Kathmandu will take us to Nagarkot, where you can see the green hills and the Himalayan panorama all around. The sunsets and the sunrise on the Himalayas are superbly beautiful and short walks along the forested ridge are also enjoyable. Nagarkot and Dhulikhel are perfect places to escape the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. We organize treks of various lengths in the surrounding hills to provide you opportunities to visit local villages to explore the local cultures. Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival transfers to hotel by private vehicle.
Check into hotel with welcome drink. Rest of the day is free for individual activities and shopping. Depend as per the arrival schedule. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu City Sightseeing
After breakfast, start Kathmandu valley sightseeing by private vehicle (vehicles depend as per the group size) including: Pashupatinath Temple / Bouddhanath Stupa / Buddhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu)/ Swayambhunath Stupa. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Full Day Sightseeing of Patan city and Bhaktapur City
After breakfast, start to Patan city sightseeing after Patan city sightseeing proceed to Bhaktapur city sightseeing. Return back and check into hotel at Kathmandu, after lunch break the remaining day is free for shopping. Over night stay at hotel.
Day 04: Final Departure
After breakfast, AM is free for shopping or individual activities. Departure transfers to airport for final destination as per departure schedule.
